I am a devoted father of three fantastic children, Wilson, Eva and Jack, that I love and adore. We love to spend time at our cottage on Pender Island, as well as cycle, ski, take road trips and play music together. I'm also a former teacher with a Bachelor's Degree in Education and I've studied at the Universitys of Winnipeg, Manitoba, Laval in Quebec City, and also UBC in Vancouver.
I have been a REALTOR® in Victoria, BC since 1998 and I've seen all sides of the real estate market; hot and cold, seller's and buyer's and I believe this experience gives me a decided edge when acting for both buyers and sellers. My clients will tell you that I am confident, knowledgeable, prepared and perhaps most importantly, available. Relationships with my colleagues are extremely important to me and I believe that is one of the most signifigant factors in getting satisfactory results for clients.
Understanding and walking the walk with respect to my fiduciary obligation on behalf of customers is one of the main reasons why I have an extremely high number of clients who choose to do business and to refer family and friends to me, again and again.
I began reviewing properties in 2010 and found that it was somewhat unique as a service.
